WHY SWANIRBHAR

Infrastructure for India's grassroots impact.

We are not another programme. We are the connective layer between funding and the ground — designed so impact is measurable, local, and built to last.

Our national vision

An earner in every district.

India's opportunity gap is not a talent gap — it is an access gap. The mentors, capital relationships and tools that decide economic mobility are concentrated in a handful of cities.

Swanirbhar exists to build the infrastructure that closes that gap at national scale: a repeatable system for turning young people into earners, founders and apprentices — wherever they were born.

Operating model

How we turn funding into outcomes.

01

Convene

We secure CSR, grant and government mandates and translate them into fundable, deliverable programmes.

02

Design

We build curriculum, toolkits and the mentor network — standardised for quality, localisable for context.

03

Deliver

Grassroots NGO partners run programmes in their own communities, with our funding, tools and training.

04

Measure

Independent monitoring tracks income, ventures and placements at 30/90/365 days — and we publish it.

Execution framework

The standards behind every programme.

Hub-and-spoke execution

Swanirbhar is the hub (funding, curriculum, mentors, technology). Local NGOs are the spokes (trust, reach, delivery). Impact stays hyper-local; quality stays standardised.

Outcome-first, not output-first

We do not count certificates. We count earners. Every programme is designed backwards from a measurable livelihood outcome.

Monitoring & Evaluation

Beneficiaries are surveyed at 30, 90 and 365 days. Self-reported income is verified through bank statements, GST invoices or platform earnings where possible.

Technology stack

AI-native tooling for learners and partners, an outcomes data layer for CSR reporting, and an official Anthropic partnership for responsible AI.

Transparency standards

Section 8 non-profit with NGO Darpan, 12A and 80G. Methodology and finances are published; documents are available on request.

Built for scale

Every programme, partner and report uses the same architecture — so adding a district is onboarding, not reinvention.
