We bridge the gap between corporate funding and grassroots impact. By partnering with local NGOs, we deliver outcome-driven skill development and incubation programs to the deepest parts of rural India.
OUR MODEL

Swanirbhar was founded to solve a structural problem: the lack of access to actionable skills, mentorship, and capital in tier 2/3 cities and rural India.
We realized that creating impact at scale required a different approach than just running local centres ourselves. We built a hub-and-spoke ecosystem. Swanirbhar acts as the central hub: we secure large-scale CSR and government projects, develop the specialized curriculum (like AI tools and entrepreneurship), and bring in a national mentor network.
The spokes are our grassroots NGO partners. We partner with established local NGOs who have the trust of their communities, and we provide them with the funding, tools, and training to implement our programs successfully. This ensures scalable, hyper-local impact.
