If you separately opt in, we may also send you occasional updates by email.
4. Legal basis
All processing on this site rests on your consent, which you give through an explicit, unticked checkbox before submitting any form. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights"). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
5. Who it's shared with
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We use a small number of service providers (processors) to operate the site:
- Resend — transactional email delivery — United States
- Vercel — website hosting — United States (if/while hosted on Vercel)
- Supabase — form database — self-hosted on Swanirbhar's own server
- Plausible Analytics — cookieless, privacy-first analytics with no personal identifiers
- Razorpay — payments, India (if payment processing is enabled in future)
6. Cross-border transfer
Some of the services above (email and, if applicable, hosting) process data on servers outside India, in the United States. This is permitted under the DPDP Act except to countries restricted by the Government of India. By submitting a form you consent to this transfer.

To exercise any of these, email us at hello@swanirbhar.org. We action verified requests within 30 days and confirm in writing.
9. Children's data
Swanirbhar's programs and forms are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. Our application form requires a date of birth and blocks submissions from anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if we discover such data, we delete it. Under-18s are welcome to use our free public content and to apply once they turn 18.
10. Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics (Plausible) is cookieless and collects no personal identifiers.
11. Changes
