What mentoring looks like
Swanirbhar mentors are active practitioners — freelancers, founders, and operators who are currently earning from the same skills they teach. Theoretical experts are valuable, but what our students need most are real-world practitioners.
Commitment is 2-4 hours per month: weekly group office hours (optional), direct mentee relationships, and periodic availability on our community channel. This is structured but not overwhelming.
In return, you get access to a community of peers, alumni who grow into collaborators, and the satisfaction of directly shaping careers.
